Leo season (July 23-Aug. 22) is upon us and while folks are busy repping how much better their sign is than the other 11 (yawn), I, the Sexy Sagittarius (smirk), have decided to be more diplomatic. No sign is better than the rest. The elements and distribution of strengths in certain areas won’t allow that.
In honor of Leo season, while this sign needs no introduction (they are very good at introducing themselves through the door lordy LOL) here are five reasons why they are wonderful, particularly why you might want to consider dating one.
1. They possess outgoing and positive energy.
Albeit Leos can sometimes be extra, I mean all of us fire signs are (shrugs), they are truly a joy to be around. Even the most introverted Leo will bring lovely energy and friendliness to any space that they inhabit. These social and lively creatures have no issue with saying, “Hello” to anyone who seems like they need a bit of positive energy. While they may need to dial it down a bit, you will not regret how awesome their spirits are.
2. They are driven.
The Leo man or woman is a natural born leader. They put their mind to something and do whatever it takes to get tasks that they’ve committed to doing completed. The issue lies in them choosing what (and who) to commit to. But once they commit, they are truly loyal as hell.
3. They are persistent.
Persistence is key. If a person is persistent in their goals, they will undoubtedly be achieved. If he or she is persistent, even when someone or something isn’t for them, they will get their answer and move on. Either way, persistence and consistence works when it comes to finding out the truth, and Leos are bomb at it. And that’s a quality that people certainly can appreciate.
4. They are charming.
If any sign has an aura that naturally pulls people in, it is the Leo man or woman. Next to Scorpio and Gemini, this sign is hella charming and charismatic. Sometimes, they use their power for reasons that are more than selfish, but when it comes from a different place, a Leo’s charm can invoke a great feeling in everyone who they encounter. This is a sign that has the power to truly make someone feel amazing. Who doesn’t want to be around someone like that?
5. They are mysterious.
As outgoing and charismatic as Leos naturally tend to be, they reserve an air of mystery that draws people in. They pique curiosity in everyone who allows themselves to be intrigued by the Leo man or woman. They understand the difference between being deceitful (although they are prone to be liars in all honesty) and leaving someone guessing.
