Libra season (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) is upon us and while folks are busy repping how much better their sign is than the other 11 (yawn), I, the Sexy Sagittarius (sly grin), have decided to be more diplomatic. No sign is better than the rest. The elements and distribution of strengths in certain areas won’t allow that.
In honor of Libra season, here are five reasons why they are wonderful, particularly why you might want to consider dating one.
1) They are sexy.
OMMFG. Excuse me …but Libras are arguably the sexiest sign of the zodiac. While the Scorpio may govern the House of Sex, the Libra man or woman is the epitome of flirtation and charm. If you are possessive, you may want to rethink dating this charismatic Air sign. Why? Because they literally can’t help themselves!
2) They strive for balance.
I’m going to be honest, the Libra is one of the most IMBALANCED signs there is, but the mere fact that they are committed enough to the process of self reflection enough to even realize the importance of being level-headed and balanced is very much worth noting. There are some signs ahem …like the Taurus and Capricorn for example …who operate from the stance of “my way or the highway,” which can be extremely frustrating. Yeah, I said it!
3) They are fun.
As balanced and diplomatic as this sign is, the Libra man or woman is a ball of fun. While they do not require the spotlight, this Air sign is very social and knows how to have a good time. Their jovial personality is infectious, and even the most shittiest of moods can be changed with their presence.
4) They are flexible and open-minded …usually.
The Libra is feisty and opinionated, but is also one of the most flexible and open-minded signs there is. Unlike the argumentative and stubborn Aries, you can actually have a productive conversation with this Air sign, and it won’t result in them attempting to get you to adopt their point of view. Who doesn’t love someone who they can actually talk to and be heard?
5) They are generous and loving.
The “lucky Libra” is super generous and lovable to the point where their heart is so big that they’ll damn near give you the shirt off of their backs. I mean, their love can be borderline psychotic LOL. Just kidding …kinda. This sign isn’t the first to line up for the commitment train, but once they do decide to get hooked to the old ball and chain, they’ll want to spend LOTS of time with you.
